International & Domestic Shipping Policy
As we operate as a Global Reseller (Rattan Merchandise / Rathand.com), our products are sourced from multiple countries. Delivery to your doorstep in India typically takes 14–15 business days from the USA or other countries (excluding China).
For all prepaid orders, Rattan Merchandise takes complete responsibility.
Once your payment is done, you do not need to worry — we ensure safe and timely delivery.
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Our goal is to make sure each shipment arrives safely and on time.
Our team monitors every order from dispatch until successful delivery.
Shipping Process & Procedure
Step 1:
Place your order on Rathand.com or send us a custom request.
Step 2:
Your order is sent to one of our verified suppliers in the USA/Canada/Australia.
They ship the product to our local warehouse.
Step 3:
When the product arrives at our warehouse, we check the contents, inspect for damages, and prepare it for export.
Step 4:
Your package is exported to India through trusted logistics channels such as:
Bombino Worldwide, ICC Internationals, FedEx, DHL, Bluedart International, etc.
Step 5:
The shipment arrives in India and passes through customs clearance.
All import duties, paperwork, and formalities are handled entirely by Rattan Merchandise.
Customers do NOT need to provide any documents.
Step 6:
The shipment reaches our Rattan Merchandise India warehouse for final quality checks and distribution.
Step 7:
Your order is shipped to you using reliable courier partners such as:
Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, FedEx, UPS, DHL, ICC Worldwide, etc.

Delivery timelines depend on the estimated timeline shown on the product page.

All international and domestic shipping is FREE.
No additional amount is required beyond your order value.
Important Shipping Information
Packing Constraints
Some items (flammable liquids, gases, oxidizing agents, etc.) may require special packaging as per aviation rules.
Such orders may arrive in multiple packages.
Shipments Stuck at Customs
Rattan Merchandise handles all customs-related processes and documents.
Customers do not need to submit anything.
However, in rare cases where customs does not clear a shipment due to product restrictions in India:
If the product is prohibited or restricted, the customer is not eligible for a refund.
If the shipment is returned to us due to customs restrictions, a refund will be provided after deducting return shipping charges.
Shipping and customs duty costs are non-refundable.
Undeliverable / Refused Shipments
If a customer:
Does not respond,
Refuses delivery, or
Provides an incorrect address,
the shipment will be returned.
A refund will only include the product price, after deducting return charges.
Shipping/customs charges are non-refundable.
If the shipment is not returned to us, the customer is not eligible for a refund.
Restricted Items
Some products cannot be imported due to country regulations.
Customers must ensure the product is allowed in India, though we attempt to filter such items.
