Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
- You can return your purchased items within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, tags, and labels.
- In the case of items such as electronics, if they are opened, they may only be returned if they are defective or damaged. Please note that opened items are not eligible for return due to change of mind.
- Non-returnable items include perishable goods, intimate wear, and any custom-made or personalized items, as well as any products that have been used or damaged.

How to Return an Item:

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and specific return instructions.
- Please ensure that the product is packed securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, or free gifts that were included with your order.
- The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as receiving the wrong or damaged item), in which case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Return Shipping:
- Customers are encouraged to choose a trackable shipping service for returns. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
Refunds Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will only be issued once the product is verified as returned in the condition it was received.
- If the item is found to be defective, damaged, or the wrong product was delivered, we will issue a full refund or offer an exchange as per your preference.
- How Refunds Are Processed:
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal) within 7-10 business days after the return has been processed.
- Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, the actual refund may take additional time to reflect in your account.
- Partial Refunds:
- In some cases, if the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we may issue a partial refund. In cases where a product is returned after the 15-day return window, a restocking fee may apply.
Exceptions:
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a full return or refund. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- Custom or Personalized Items: Items that are custom-made or personalized (including monogrammed items) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
- Opened Electronics: Opened electronics may only be returned if they are defective or damaged. If you have any concerns regarding an electronics purchase, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order for the desired item. We cannot guarantee availability of stock for exchanges.
