Awaiting Order Arrival
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation via email or SMS with a tracking number.
You can use that number to track your package anytime on our delivery partner’s website (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery, etc.) or directly on Rathand.com → Track Order page.
If your order shows “Awaiting Arrival,” it means it’s already on the way and will reach you soon. 🚚
We accept all major debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for eligible orders under ₹2,500.
Sometimes payment confirmation can take a few minutes.
If you haven’t received an order confirmation within 1 hour, please email us at support@rathand.com with your payment screenshot, and we’ll verify and confirm your order right away.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup or replacement at no extra charge.
After your returned item is received and verified, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds for prepaid orders are made to the original payment method, while COD orders are refunded through bank transfer.

Ordering & Payment
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting our support team.
Once the order is shipped, it can only be cancelled by initiating a return after delivery.

Please share unboxing photos/videos of the product with support@rathand.com within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
Orders are usually delivered within 12-15 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.
During holidays or sale events, delivery may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products such as personal care, grooming items, opened food or consumables, and custom orders cannot be returned once opened or used.
