We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

Products not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for return or replacement.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or product nature reasons, such as:

  • Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., razors, serums, creams, etc.)

  • Opened or used consumables

  • Custom-made or special order items

  • Clearance or “Final Sale” products

3. Return Process

If your product meets the return criteria:

  1. Write to us at support@rathand.com with your Order ID and a brief reason for return.

  2. Attach clear images of the product showing the issue (if applicable).

  3. Our team will review the request and arrange a pickup or replacement as applicable.

Please ensure the item is packed securely in its original box with all accessories and invoice.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund approval.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer (for COD orders).

  • It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

  • In case of partial cancellations or damaged returns, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

To initiate a refund, kindly share the following details via email:

  • Bank Account Number

  • IFSC Code

  • Refund Amount

  • Pickup Date

  • Registered Mobile Number

  • Email ID


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return.


6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time:

  • First check your bank account or payment app again.

  • Then contact your bank or payment provider.
